Does an X3 package include the panoramic roof?

Do not assume it does. Include the model year and roof details in your request and ask for any optional work to be listed separately.

Can old film be replaced?

Tell Obsidian which windows have existing film and send photos of its condition. Removal and replacement can then be discussed as distinct parts of the quote.

Can mobile service come to my workplace?

Ask with your city and details of the available space. Property permission, safe access, working room, and conditions need to be confirmed before scheduling.
